Tigerdirect they have overcharged me on shipping twice Ontario California, Illinois
Recently ordered a pack of DVD media and a pack of DVD paper sleeves. They shipped the sleeves that cost $9.99 for a shipping cost of $10.00 with the DVD media backordered. The DVD media arrived the next day and I was charged for shipping again. No bargain here, they hit you with excessive shipping costs.
Ordered a DVD burner with overnight UPS, shipping cost $38.00. Received the burner 5 days later.
I have relied on Tigerdirect for all my computer needs as I have received many good deals, promptly delivered and all rebates good. However this most recent experience will cause me to deal with someone else.

You've got two issues being discussed here. Let's take them one by one.

We only charge shipping once per order, not once per item. Please review your order summary to verify that.

If this item didn't get received 1 business day after it shipped, please call us at 1.800.800.8300 to get a refund for the excess shipping charges.
