I've attended the Rich Dad Education a few months ago to learn about real estate training. The guest speaker, Greg, told us that the advance training that they're offering has made a lot of their students successful by having huge profits on foreclosures and wholesaling. He also mentioned that if we purchase the advance training class, we got nothing to lose, because if we don't like the program, we could simply get our money back.

So I gave it a shot and spent about $26k on the program ($20k savings and $6k in credit). After I purchased it, they gave me a paper stating that if I don't want the program, I can get the full refund (which is only good for 3 DAYS). Back then, I thought that after three days, I can still get my money back because Greg just told us that we have nothing to lose.

Curious about how the program is doing, I searched the Internet for reviews and comments of their students. I shocked and realized that most of them got ripped off and never satisfied with this program. In short, it's a SCAM. So days before the seminar, I called/emailed them to cancel the training and would like to have my money back. To my surprise, they replied saying that I won't be getting "ANY" of the money I spent.

So I called them many times, begging them to give me my money. One of their supervisor (Maite) told me that in order to get the money back, I have to attend the seminars that I've purchased. Then that's the time that they will give me the full refund for that seminar. And then I ask them for the schedule and location of the advanced trainings that they have. I was shocked because most of their training is WAY far from NYC (Texas, Cali, Fla, etc.).

Right now I'm working with a lawyer to fix this situation. I just hope that I'll be able to get the money that I've saved for years. If their rich people and earning millions (which they brag during the seminar), then how come they won't let me give my money back. All I'm asking from them is very simple, and yet they put me in an awkward situation. What they didn't know was I cried and had a lot of sleepless nights because of all these. I hope this problem will be resolved soon.

Rich Dad Education Scam

Chef David Shamy from Utah, USA came to Montreal, QC, Canada to give a conference in Real Estate quick profits. He showed us the example how to make money in buying and selling properties and make big profits. All the properties he showed us were his own. He talked about hard money loan how easy it was to obtain. He also mentioned that no money was requied to purchase the properties and in order to learn more he was trying to sell further weekend seminars for $500.00. Since I lived in the US and bought and sold properties his seminar would not give me any information that I already knew. I also know that it is impossible  to buy any property without any money down. Beware! These seminars are not for you to make money they are for  Robert Kiyosaki who became a millionaire by selling mega bugs seminars. I don't spend any money on seminars since I have access to all the information  free of charge on line.

If you want to get your money back you better hire a lawyer because these cons will never give you back your money. You should report this organization to your State Attorney
General of New York.

Only a MORON would even consider a BBB "rating"

Are you kidding?

Only a GENUINE MORON would even consider a BBB "rating"! The BBB is a JOKE, and is a bigger "ripoff" than the one you are reporting.

Not defending the business you posted about because I know nothing about them. However, I can guarantee the ONLY reason they have a BBB "F" rating is because they refused to pay the extortion fee of "membership" in the BBB!

Maybe you should have checked the BBB "rating"BEFORE you gave up your $26K!

What a moron! Do you have any common sense whatsoever?

You just give up $26k to a get rich quick seminar?

What kind of LEGAL CONTRACT did you get for your "business investment"?

Did you check these people out at all before handing over your money?

SUCKER!!

It amazes me how people can be so stupid and still breathe the same air I do. Simply amazing.

They really do have an F rating from the BBB. So if you guys are planning to attend their $200-$500 seminar or their ridiculously expensive 10k-100k training, PLEASE, don't participate.
