Hi,

I am also a victim of Tigrent Learning.  I bought both their coaching and advanced REI investment programs; and I found afterwards from other people who also bought the same exact coaching program that they paid less ( one 1/2 of the price that I paid, and offer them installment payment plan!) and got more of the service.  After I called to complain, and seeking for resolution, the person who sold me the program was not helpful, and had no intention to make things right, and carry out their mission statement to help people with their investment and financial knowledge.  And, in stead, he simple said, " we are a publicly trade company, we record all the phone calls, and record, you are free to decide whatever you want to do."

Plus, I when I was pitched with the sales call, and called back later to their 800# on the richdad.com website, I was not given a full disclosure of all the prices/packages options for my choice.

As for their Advanced REI investment course, they presented in a deceiving way, promising that it's risk free, you can always get your full refund after attending 1 day of the class.  Later on I found out that they require you to jump all kind of hoop to submit letter to request for refund.

The bottom line - I am writing this to share with people who are considering buying into Rich Dad/Tigrent Learning REI training/coaching program to have a buyer be aware mindset.  And my advise is that there are other free to very inexpensive source for learning RE investment, and acquire financial knowledge.  Research and networking, then verify the sources, and trust your gut feeling, if something doesn't feel right do more research, then make your decision.

Right now I am looking to partner up who other people who are also looking to take legal action again Rich Dad/Tigrent to team up to get our full refund back.  If you are looking to get our full refund back from them, please contact me at (((REDACTED)))

Best Regards,

Jessica
