I was married by the old (pastor) rabbi Walter Lieber. He (and his elder) was available to consul my stepson. I helped him since I had a inhouse studio with recordings of round table discussions for radio broadcast. Also with some members who wanted to do musical evanglestic outreaches that were using up to much of his time and the facilities. I consider myself Hebrew I believe Yeshua was my messiah. But do not accept the trinity as a doctrinal fact.

Therefore, and that I never felt God's presence (and i did at other venues) I never joined as a member. I had donated to outreaches and events. When my wife stopped her personal singing I donated a large amount of expensive professional custom audio equipment to this congregation. Equipment for a very large Venue for their Evangalism either in building or on the road. I Knew not anyone now heading the congregation. I had a friend who was very ill.

I contacted the new people via the congregational Email and asked for some elders to visit and pray and or lay hands on for my friend at Hillcrest Hospital. Not even the norm of a reply, except to put me on the email list of upcoming events, How utterly crass. When I responded that this was a poor example as a rebuke to them Quoting examples of the Christ they simply rebuked me quoting scriptures out of context. And they had the gall to ask me if I would donate my time and effort to help with tables and chairs for a upcoming event.

When I declined and restated my objections to the way they operated they stated they would drop me from their mail list. (that was and is fine with me. And they asked me to not attend any services and no more to contact them. Then they contacted The Lyndhurst police to have an officer "make me aware they did not want me to ever contact them, or show up at a public meeting."

I in turn told him I was aware that since they had invited the community at large to these meetings and to services I was under no obligation civil or criminal to comply. He stated he was just making a courtesy call to make their wishes known. He was a professional put in a awkward place by these "Religious" modern day Pharisee's.

I would have nothing to do with this congregation. Except if you so desire to learn from them as a poor example. Then I feel they will deliver, exceeding by far your expectations. Other than that I will let the almighty decide between me and them. Once I thought I was wrong, but I was mistaken.
