Complaint Review: Tilden Lynn Bond

Tilden Lynn Bond has sold us a late model mobilhome and never proved ownership and just today we received a letter to vacate on or before 7/7/04. We feel if move trailer will get in trouble by him saying we stole or selling to someone else. We have rehapied this trailer from the floors. Walls still needs work. He wanted $2.000.00 dollars for the trailer before he did any work. He has received $1.500.00 cash from us 7/03
