I purchased four tiles from Amazon.

I marked the tile as lost and now the tile is not even being able to be found. I contacted customer service several times via e-mail becuase the company does not provide phone support. Each time the indiviual would give me a generic solutions to try first. Obviously I tried all their suggestions to remedy the situation and I conveyed that to them each time. To this day I have not received a working product let alone a proper response. Infact my belief is that all four tiles are not working.
