I was at the Tilt Arcade in the Valencia Westfield shopping center, and upon entering there was no store employee in sight, and to my dismay the store employee was sitting down in the back room with her young son. i asked to get change for a $20 bill, she made me come to her complaining about her leg being injured. While I was playing some of the machines, namely, the basketball machine, the bowling game, and the racing game, it kept saying i didn't pay enough so I put in more money to make it work, But it only worked every other time. This was not an issue till the racing game took a whole dollar and preceded to shut down. My girlfriend finally went to the employee and asked to get money back for the arcade machines that took our money which was about $5 worth. She said that she would not be able to refund my money at all because she did not see them break or not work (because she was sitting in the back room, injured). Meanwhile her unruly child was running around and screaming. I asked the employee's name and she told me her name was Linda and that she was the store manager. Being told I would get no refund of only $5 I simply left. I decided to report this because I saw this as theft, the fact that they don't manage their machines so they don't work half the time this is theft to me stealing my money.

The Arcade games in this place don't work they don't give tickets and are in really poor shape, the bathrooms are not sanitary at all. all in all I give this arcade a 1.
