You will be invited to listen to their seminar online and they roll out some paid spokepeople for the dog and pony show to tell you how great their coaching system works and on and on.  If you want additional information click the box and then someone will contact you.  They hard sell you to sign up for their service.  A contract that is one sided you signed online in your home without a 3 day right of recision. Sad.

So what happens if you don't stay in real estate....like me....you pay $2400 plus 18% interest unless you pay it off in the first 6 months.  See when it's sold to you, youre told you sell your first property and it pays for itself.  Do you think they would allow you out of this one sided agreement if you decide this field of work they are suposedly coaching you for doesn't work for you...NO.

I never buy anything without researching and this time I did.  If I had searched the company I would have seen the bad reviews and would have politely ended the sales call.

I was willing to pay something since I did sign an agreement, but was told that's not how this works.  So even though I won't be selling real estate I will get their once a month coaching call.  Wait the 2nd call I would have had was cancelled by the coach and never rescheduled.  Aparently that was my responsibility.  Ridiculous.

In my opinion they have an amazing money maker for them, considering that most realtors leave the industry in the first year.  This is a 2 year agreement.

I believe in life coaches and business coaches, but would never recommend these people or their organization ever.  Their website had nothing on it you couldn't get from a decent broker you work for.  When I told the broker I was working for at the time what I did he told me to back out but it was too late.

You want to see the good in companies but this company doesn't have compassion.   I fully understand contracts when there is a tangible product someone talking to me once a month and telling me to knock on FSBO doors or pull the Foreclosure filings to I can ambulance chase these people isn't a tangible product.

If you work with enter at your risk.
