i purchased a vehicle from tim dahle nissan in may of 03 this vehicle is a 02 frontier pickup. i believe it has been previously wrecked but not reported. the day i purchased the vehicle many things were replaced behind my back. later down the road these problems arose and were blamed on me, because nissan could not figure out these problems. they sold me an extended warranty but they do not honor that warranty because they believe i have abused this vehicle, again i have proof now showing there were major issues before it was in my hands.
I have shown this vehicle my love and care.
I was overcharged above blue book, i was sold a warranty that has not done any good yet, I have spent thousands in repairs,
I have spent a lot on accessories.
In 18,000 miles i have replaced the tires twice.
I have replaced many warrantied parts numerous times that they would not honor there warranty with.

#2Consumer Suggestion

Thu, July 15, 2004

I can tell you from experience with this individual dealer that you will not get anywhere by dealing with them direct. First I want you to call Consumer Protection with the State of Utah. Kent is handling my case. [DELETED]

Unfortunately in our state there is little recourse we have with dealers. I know I have been every route possible. Second, contact Motor Vehicle Inforcement Division and fill out a complaint, even though they tell you that there is nothing they can do. At least it is documented there. Next, call the attorney general office and go do a little research at the library on state codes.

I know you will find plenty of information to arm yourself with when you plan your final attack. The most important thing you need to know is you only have two years from date of purchase to go back on TimDahle. As long as you have filed reports and or court cases by this two years, you will be ok to continue forward even if it is after the two year mark.I wish I could talk to you face to face because we share many frustrations with this dealer. I can only assure you my is 10 times worse.
