Tim Hortons Needs Some Improvements!     We Did Not Have The Greatest Experience!     Back on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at approximately 3:30 P.M., both my mother and I went into the Tim Hortons location at:   185 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario  Canada  M2N 3A8.   The First Thing that my mother noticed was that once she walked inside, She Slipped On The Floor because there were No Runners or Special Rugs by the Front Doors To Soak Up The Water From The Snow Outside and that is Very Dangerous For Senior Citizens such as my 86 year old mother and other customers alike.   Luckily I was there to catch my other or else she could have been Hurt Really Bad!   Question:  My mother wanted to know Why They Did Not Have Somebody Available From The Store To Wipe Up The Slush By The Door?   Answer:  Strange!   During the whole time that we were there Nobody Had Bothered To Wipe Up The Slush!   The Next Thing On My List Is The Fact That You Do Not Have Any Available Wi-Fi Inside Your Store!   This Is Far From AcceptableNor Cool At All!   Your Competitor Starbucks Has Wi-Fi In All Of Their Worldwide Stores And So Can You!   I know for a Fact that I have seen the Wi-Fi Working in your other Tim Hortons Locations, but Not At This One!   Since Both My Mother And I Were Not Satisfied With Your Store At All, I contacted Your Customer Service Phone Number at:   (888) 601-1616 about this on the same day at approximately 3:50 P.M. and a male representative answered the phone and was Extremely Arrogant and Unhelpful to ME!   He asked ME the cross streets of which store that we were at and when I told him that we were at the Sheppard Avenue East and Willowdale location, he then asked ME if I were in the United States when he knew that were in Toronto from the Very Beginning.   Then all of a sudden he Hangs Up On Me When I Asked Him Why He Was Acting Like He Did Not Know Which Country I Was In when You are supposed to be a Canadian Company?   Furthermore, I did call back to Re-Complain about the store and Now on the Male Representative and Got No Resolution!   If this would have been Starbucks, then we would have been Treated Much Better Both In And Out Of The Store.   I Highly Doubt that we will be going back to Tim Hortons any time soon!   Thank you.   Sincerely yours,           Howard Paul Shore Helene Shore Angry And Upset Tim Hortons Customers   /HPS

This report is highly a fake report. There are red flags for the report.

  1. Too many portions of the report content are written in mixed bold and normal font. No one would ever takes this much time to create this kind of style because it is over-style.
  2. If the person took time to write a report with this many bold style, why would the report be in one paragraph instead of a nicely formatted?
  3. All of each bold portions are title case and underlined. This does not make sense.
  4. I saw this exactly the same written style on a few other reports but with different authors. It makes me think that this type of report is written by a group of people who works with "reputation recovery" companies.

I wish that there is a way to mark a report as fake or need verification instead of letting it on a site.
