Tim Kunselman Wanted Sex in Order to Consider Hiring Me When I Applied for an Office Position 2 Summers Ago Phoenix Arizona
I was looking for full-time work 2 summers ago, and happened across Mr. Kunselman's job posting for a towing company customer sevice representative on a popuar open forum website. The job site wasn't far from home, the hourly wage he offered seemed reasonable, our phone conversation was quite professional... he said that I sounded like exactly what he was looking for and asked me to come in for an interview later that day.
I show up at the address and suite number he provided... the last suite in the back. No signage anywhere, no employees, no tow trucks, no vehicles anywhere. I walk in, and the place looked like the company just moved in (or out)...just a desk, a computer, and a rather large, dirty, crude sounding individual cursing at someone on his cell phone.
Interview went fine for about 10 minutes, then out of nowhere, for some ungodly reason, Mr Kunselman decides to tell me a dirty joke, then a story about a woman that used to work for him that came to the office one day sporting vibrating panties. His statements, stories, and comments became increasigly innapropriate as the seconds ticked by. Then came the hint... "Just how good ARE you? Maybe we should take trip to the back and find out."
Now, I have a pretty thick skin... I have worked for companies that were predominantly male, and have just about heard it all, and even less shocks me when it comes to the things males say and do. But I was there in response to a job posting, dressed appropriately to interview for what I thought to be a legitimate customer service job, and in no way expected anything like that.
I think that there were flame footprints on the pavement as fast as I ran out of there. Not knowing what to do about what had just hapened, I went home, calmed down, and tried to forget about the whole thing.
Recently, I have seen other postings about how this man is treating poeple, triggering the rushing of that horrible supressed memory to the front of my brain. I have to say something about what happened to me... This man has got to be stopped!

Have You filed charges against Him? I think You have up to 3 years. I do no that He was found guilty of these same charges at least once. By not fileing and allowing this to pass, is only allowing it to continue.

I feel sorry for You and anyone else that has had contact with this slime. This really makes me wonder about the law. Who is it protecting? A long time mechanic and driver for Tim is in a California Jail for trying to steal His tools back from Him. Acording to the mechanic He was served with and order of protection one day by the police and escorted off the job site with out any of His belongings. His motor home, a bronco, and His tools to which he had plenty. He was left broke and His lively hood stripped from Him.
I can not feel too sorry for this mechanic as I tryed to tell Him he needed to follow the law in persuit of this slime bag. Now I hear that He tryed to break in, along with someone else, to get His tools back. He was arrested and put in jail in California.
There are no limits to what He will do to stop from paying. He needs to be stopped. He uses the law to commit crimes!!!! I have tryed to find him on the Maricopa County Courthouse web site, but can't. How exactly is it done.

I cannot believe that he continues to hurt families....It is totally unfair...My kids are going with out food because he promised my husband that he was going to pay him for 2 weeks of pay...We are going to persue him with everything in us..I cannot believe if you look at the Maricopa County Courthouse web site and put in Tim Kunselman you will see that we are not the only ones he has screwed with...Their is so many other people out there that this has been done too...But we are the only ones will to step out and say something.....
