Tim Meyer, Erin Sinclair, Erin Morris, Colonial Contracting Tim and Erin were hired to do a basement for us, and my in-laws. They abandoned our Job, and stole a deposit for supplies for my in-laws job. White River Junction Vermont
After 4 1/2 month, (of what was supposed to be a 30-45 day job), Tim and Erin abandoned our job, leaving our home a mess. in addition, they stole 15k in a deposit that was supposed to be used to purchase supplies for another job in our family.
Erin also has a cleaning company, and they can be found in Vermont, and sometimes Saratoga or Long Island. Tim keeps moving because of all the issues he leaves in the previous town, so this write up is in hopes no one ever is dumb enough ot hire him....i wouldnt let him change a light bulb in our house after this experience.
