Complaint Review: Tim Wallace HVAC Repair

Tim Wallace is unlicensed, unisured, not bonded, can't get permits legally, has no experience, has cheated many people out of hard earned money then hides out in trailor in Sherills Ford / Denver, NC. I personally know of several vicitims. Here is an actual email from hime when we were negotiating to do $3600 new AC install and he tried to get me to pay $3600 upfront and he would get system and come back next do. One can go to this website to verify he is not licensed is is clearly committing fraud. He does not have valid EPA Freon License either. Also, in his email he claims the new Goodman comes with a 10 year Warranty yet anyone would know the warranty is only vlid if installed by licensed professiona not some guy on the street so thats another lie. He also does not have insurance. Also, his phone is disconnected. Probably changes phones every so often to scam others.
