I paid in full for (3) garage doors. The doors have not been installed and Timbercreek will not return my calls or emails. Tom Smith is the owner of this company and is a liar. The website is www.timbercreekdoors.com This company will show the doors on EBAY but no one has ever bought the doors through EBAY since the Reserve is HIGH. They lead you to there website to call for custom pricing. The website is nice and looks like a real company. DO NOT BE FOOLED
(4) months has passed and no doors or responce from Tom Smith or Timbercreek Doors, Inc. This company is a fake and should be shut done by the Attorney General of NC.
I have filed complaints with BBB and the State Attorney General. My next step is to take a warrent for the arrest of Tom Smith, Glenn Thomas Smith. Do not do any buisness with GTS Carpenty or Timbercreek Doors. EBAY should also remove this company for being allowed to prey on its customers

My garage doors were finally installed. I wish the service had been better with Timber Creek Carriage Doors. My summary of this business relationship is as follows:
Doors were ~ 3 months late
Timber Creek Carriage Doors has not contacted me via phone in 3 months
I was forced to purchase new doors that I currently have in box at my office with a cost of $3600.00
I incurred significant attorney's fees as a result of Timber Creek Carriage Doors
The project completion was delayed waiting on garage doors
When the doors were installed, (5) days were required to install (3) doors

Timber Creek IS a legitimate business, and we produce many quality garage doors that ship ON time to the 48 states AND Alaska. Mr. Bennet did have a legitimate complaint about the delivery date, but long before we new about this report his doors had been built AND installed.
