Worst experience of my renting life. My family and I have never been more harassed by any leasing office in our lives. They refuse to provide a copy of our lease, they refuse to provide the referral credit and have made our referral fill out the paperwork multiple times, they have lied to people about us slandering us, they have refused to issue the proper credits that were promised when we had to vacate our apartment because it was unlivable due to a pipe bursting.
They have refused to fix even the smallest maintenance issues which have been reported to them such as a knob on a hot tub which has been broken for over a year now, they have refused to provide a corporate point of contact, they have been outright rude and unprofessional. at 1,400$ per month we should have none of these problems.
