We were excited about our golden years of travel. Bought an RV and was sent invite to St Davids RV park with a small presentation as part of the free week end. Duh.
They preasure you into buying a resort package that includes savings on RV parks($5 A night) Wow! and then they say you must have a home site and pay membership of $350 and $99 a year membership.

You can always sell or cancel you membership. THIS WAS A BIG LIE! After belonging to this membership(many of the sites they said belonged to this plan would not honor this card) for about 8 or 9 years I became disabled and could not travel anymore. Called to cancel and after the person stoped laughing told me it was for life. But they said.......more laughter.

I sold the RV about 4 years ago and every year they send me a bill and $10 a month late fees. If I can not send it it grows and then they tell you it is an inhairt debt and my kids have to keep paying it for internity. This is insane.

I have told them I have Aurthuritis and ostioporises and a herniated disk that keeps me home bound. It did not matter. Calls do go no where and letters do no good. If I e-mail them it goes to la la land because they sure as heck don't bother with it. They have us oldies by the-----and they know it. Plese some one help us.

Why does the administration say they will take the membership back and sell it if you pay them a listing fee of $599.  This is more than I originall paid for the membership.  I am on Social Security, have medical problems, sold my RV and can no longer travel.

Why must I pay $599, or upgrade to a life membership for a measly $996.  Why can't I just say "you got my money and you can cancel my membership".  I will no longer use it.

Our records indicate that Rudy and Nellie from Tucson, Arizona purhcased a membership in April 1999.

That in June 2007 they requested cancelation of the membership. That on June 19, 2007 we provided several options including reselling the membership for them. That several of the options provided are not provisions of the agreement but were offered in good faith in order to accommodate their request to cancel.

That to date none of the options provided have been acted on by Mr. and Mrs. . That these options remain open or should they provide a reasonable alternative option we would be willing to consider it.
