I bought a pair of shoes in uk.timberland.uk.co, the first time i dont received nothing because i need pay the custom fee, ok i paid, now they told me maybe my shoes is lost and i need pay $40.00 dls again for the custom fee, i dont go pay twice the custom fee, this is fraud, i have my address correct and they told i send and me never received nothing. I pay us$81.99 for the shoes and us$40.00 for the custom fee. I need help this is a fraud. Thanks
