timberlandoutletss.net wang cool refund scam Internet
I searched for a specific timberland boot that was not in stock on the original website. I then found a timberland outlet website which showed the boots to be in stock.
I placed the order and input my credit card information as usual when buying online. I waited to see if any updates but did not see an update of item being shipped. I noticed a charge on my account for more than the amount originally plus an extra fee for international charge.
I then contacted the website with the only contact that the website offered. I asked when I would expect my item and what amount would be charged. I received an email stating that the charge is 102.00 but did not state the date to expect item. I exchanged a few more emails with the same wang cool. I am then notified that the item is not available, out of stock, and if i could change style or item.
I request a refund. I receive an email stating that my refund will be honored but that the bank has a "handling charge" of 20%. I have never heard of a company that charges 20% on an order that completely states that the item is still in stock.
Please help.

My first guess is that this is a scam outfit selling counterfeit Chinese Timberland products. They lied to you that the product was in stock when it was not, charged you more than you agreed to pay, and then tried to keep part of your money when they could not deliver.
Waste no more time with these clowns. File a dispute with your credit card company immediately.
