Time Armory Hot Product Sales Will NOT honor their refund policy
I ordered a nail repair kit from this company. The offer also included a "no questions asked" refund if it didn't work, for the small upcharge of $4.95.
It didn't work, so I requested a refund by email, the only way to contact them. After several weeks, someone responded and asked me to send pictures to prove the product didn't work. I complied. The pictures were very clear that there was no improvement.
After another few weeks, they responded saying they needed VIDEO.
This company/business is a scam. Stay away.

I've stayed in touch with this "company" to see if there's any hope of them refunding my money. I've provided all information they requested, but each time, it took on average 2 weeks to get a response.
Just funny...
