Time Payment Corporation Fraudulant charges that violate contract Burlington Massachusetts
Time Payment Corporation kept billing a credit card that I had reported to them had changed for a monthly payment. Every time they billed the card and it got rejected (because it changed) they charged a $15 declined charge fee. Sometimes the fees were more than the monthly payments. They ended up charging hundreds of dollars in fees when they finally updated the card.
I actually sent all the documentation to my bank, including the contract that did not include declined charge fees, and the bank found in my favor and reversed the charges. Now I have two past due accounts on my credit report and Alisa P refused to escalate the issue. I have submitted a complaint to their legal department, and next step I will just sue. I cannot take working with them any more.
