Complaint Review: Time Warner Cable

Time Warner Cable Charged me for phone service, when i never received the equipment or service. $1,160.00 was stolen from TWC Chatsworth California

Time Warner has stolen $1,160.00 for the past 29 months.

I originally ordered Internet & telephone, but when the tech came to install the services, it seemed like he didn't want to change all the jacks.  I was telling him about AT&T phone service and he stated Time Warner was worse and I shouldn't even get it.

I did not receive equipment, I have been charged from March 31, 2011 for phone service that i NEVER received!! i was told today $40.00 extra a month.

They ONLY offered me $200.00 credit and after waiting on hold for over an hour and speaking to four different people RJ, Brenda, Robert & The fourth didnt state her name but lowered my internet to $59.00 for internet a month not including taxes.  There is a promotinal rate of 34.99 for 15Mbps

I did a test with Directv and my speed was 1.9Mbps...that's how i found out that I was paying way to much, I stated I paid $110.00 and the Directv tech said i should have Business speed for that price.

So, the speed is not up to par, I just tested my intenet speed and it's at 11.20Mbps when i'm supposedly paying for 20Mbps.

I want my money back!!  Or free phone service or internet that equal $1,160.00
