I am unfortunatley a Time Warner cable and Road Runner customer.

On Thursday afternoon I lost my cable and internet service. This began 4 days of hell. In trying to get my service back on.First I was told that it would be back on on thursday,( NOT) then on Friday the president's office David Auger was adament that they would get a tech to my home. Surprise no one ever came.Sat morning I started calling again ( all of this time they were lying and making excuses) they even blamed the electric company( what a joke that was)

Again I was told that they would repair it.NOT!!!!
Finally at about 12:01 am on Sunday they restored my cable. And the mental genius's never checked to make sure that my roadrunner service was back up.

It's not.So here I sit using aol dial up service at $2.50 per hour. it is outrageous that Time Warner has so little regard for it's customers.4 days and I still don't have service
And to add insult to injury I pay them 185.00 per month!!!!
I'm switching to a dish. At least I won't have to deal with these yahoos who could care less about it's customers.
And to think that with the massive outage in New York they were able to get all of their power back on in 24 hours!!!!
What does that say about Time Warner Cable
Don't do business with this rip off company.
