I called to request information on getting cable for four rooms. I was told one price and told that was there program with the most channels. I ordered it. One week later the service man came to install ten minutes before noon. (was to be here between 8AM and 12PM) He then worked on disconnecting the other company's equipment and connecting his, however he did not connect everything back the way he found it, as we were told he would. When we called Time Warner back to get the TVs hooked up correctly there tech. dept walked us through the process over the phone. We did get one of the 4 TVs working but not the others. There answer was that we could wait yet another week for someone else to come and correct the problems. Oh yes and by the way we DID NOT get all the channels that we were told we would. In order to get what we had been promised it would cost another $5.00 a month. To date I still do not have two of my TVs working correctly!
