Where to begin' Increased rates combined with less channels, I pay more to get less. The worst problem is their poor internet service. Constantly internet access is not available. It is down certain times of the day like clock work. 'High Speed Internet' is slower than dial up. Getting any support or help? You end up waiting on the phone and transferred back and forth to be told they don't have an answer. What exactly do they provide and what am I paying for?
