This is the worst company that I have ever delt with! I should have NEVER let them install any equipment into my home. First sign should have been when they wanted me to make calls and do their work for them! The billing amount was incorrect and I had to fight to get my bill down to $147 a MONTH!!! That was HALF of what they wanted to charge me. I made payments to them every month and they began to credit the wrong account!! I had to call several times and wait on hold for countless hours over almost three months time just to finally get it resolved, and then wait for 4-6 weeks for a refund of the funds that I over paid them. They sure didn't wait for their money I paid but now I have to wait! Meantime, they have a collections company calling me. I am not the only one that they have done this sort of thing to....I have talked to other people and they have the same complaints. Everyone needs to know... STAY AWAY FROM TIME WARNER CABLE!!! I am still waiting for a refund...
