my husband and i have had time warner cable sence april 2008 and they haven't sent out bills and they call to let us know our bills and we tell them that we haven't recieved a bill and they basically tell us its our fault. We paid a bill September 15, 2008 and they called us October 4, 2008 telling us that on October 6, 2008 they service will be shut off for none payement in a 2 months we told them that we made a payment September 15, 2008 they seen that in thier records and they said that was fine but still wanting to charge us $400 for two months behind how can we be 2 months behind if we just payed them about 2 weeks ago? warning do not go with this company they will not send you a bill over charge you and then try to tell you its your fault for not getting bills.
