What a shame that this is the only cable company in the Columbia Market. They take your money and always blame things that are not their fault for poor service.

I pay for a cable DVR box that has been replaced 4 times and still cant watch a movie without a skip or lost picture and all they say is they can swap it out again. JUST FIX IT!!!!!

As far as cable internet service, i pay for high speed and what i get is 1.8 down and 31 k up??????? what is fast about that?

TWC get your head out of your a*s and get your act together so we can enjoy what we are paying for.

Oh and the last but not least I have been on hold for over 34 min and still waiting to complain again on their phone line, i might just die on hold before we get this fixed.
