Time Warner Cable ripoff Service outage for over 3 days causing me to loose business sales New York New York

In late March, my cable services of Time Warner started to suffer outages. This went on for hours at times, then it was reactified, at no time did Time Warner notified me about this problem, though they said they were aware of it when I called to query the problem since my home business was loosing valuable sales that depended on my Internet connection for processing.

On 23rd April, once again, the same problem started. I then placed a call to Time Warner and was told that services in Brooklyn was down and would be restored shortly. I was also assured that I would be given 2 days credit for the time my services was down.

Services was subsequently restored for a few hours and then on the night of the 24th, the problem occured again. The service came online for a few minutes around 9pm that night and went off. At the time of writing, it has not been restored since then.

As a result, my home business is suffering from loss of sales and I'm unable to conduct business in a timely manner. All efforts to reactify this problem with Time Warner has failed and I continue to suffer loss of sales as a results.
