Ok. You'd think that a company whose first area of expertise was cable could actually do it correctly. Sorry no. My problem with them was "Tiling" this is a situation where you are all nice and comfy and the picture on the TV stops moving and then turns into a whole bunch of tiles and then either stops or generally degrades from there to a total black screen. I've called TWC at least three times but it doesn't do any good because on the job ticket the space for what the problem is is only about 30 characters long. So much for communication. Also they charge $64 bucks for the most popular level of service. How is that a good deal with Direct TV or Dish charging half as much for twice as much?

For some reason our duly elected criminals on the city councils here in San Antonio a long time ago decided it would be in our best interests that consumers only had one cable company. Thank you but no thanks. I would think that it would be a better solution to have competition but more than likely the massive Time Warner Congolmerate would have just bought them out.

I just don't understand why a mega corporation has a customer service dept when it has no idea what those two terms mean.
