Time Warner has NON trained and the worst employees I have ever dealt with. Every employee I spoke to LIED to me. The worst company ever..Time Warner should not be in business. They need to educate their employees. I live in Tarzana California and called Time Warner for internet service. I spoke to Angie or Angela on March 3rd 2008 at 818-407-3100-ext:87018. She gave me wrong info and had very little knowledge of the internet world. Finally we set up an install date of March 5th. The installer came out that day and hardly spoke English and admitted he was not the original installer set to come to our home so he did not have the correct equipment. When I called Angie to explain this she put me on hold for over 10 minutes than promised to call me back and never did.

When I told the installer I left work just to be here he called his super and eventually someone delivered the correct equipment. When had to go upstairs and did not have shoe booties..yet I allowed him upstairs and when it came time to set up the computers he told me he couldn't touch one of my computers although Angie charged me for 2 computers set ups. He complained that customer service at Time Warner should not set up service as they are not techs etc and he left and we had no service. I called Angie again and this time her extension would not pick up.

I ended up calling another extension and spoke to a lady named "cherish". Cherish listened to my claim and told me she was going to IM the claim to her super as we spoke. What a waste of time as eventually she connected me to her super "Susan" or "Susana". Susana agreed that the tech was wrong and that Angie also failed. Susana said no one could come back out that same day and apologized for my loss of income and promised a small discount. In addition since we did not have internet she promised to get me the soonest date and would call me back. She called me back in about 45 minutes and said the best she could do was in 2 days on Friday March 7th 2008 between 9 and 12. I took another morning off trusting her and Time Warner again. Around 10:30 am I became nervous and called Time Warner. For around half an hour their system kept disconnecting me. Finally I got thru at 11AM. The gentleman I spoke with confirmed that the super Susana ALSO screwed up and screwed me AGAIN in lost wages and no internet by making the appointment for the 14th instead of today the 7th. How could she make such a mistake when her and I even joked about not having internet for only another 2 days..in fact her and I also discussed how hard it was for me to take 2 days off in the same week..so again how could she..a supervisor screw up so bad..and now I lost 2 days of work in the same week.

Anyways I explained this to the man I was speaking to and he said he could not connect me to Susana , yet he would connect me to another supervisor and said to hold for "ONE" second. One second turned to 8 minutes and finally someone picked up and disconnected me. Its been 2 hours since and no one has called me back.

I want Time Warner to do the following:
1. Get my service up today
2. Reimburse me for the 2 wasted days of lost wages
3. Write up "Angie", Susana" and the gentleman that took my number and disconnected me.
Otherwise I will go to the PUC, the FCC, DOJ, Consumer Affairs etc. Not to mention every web formum I can find.
