Time Warner Cable SoCal $100 AMEX gift card never arrived Internet

Was promised a $100 gift card if switching to Time Warner Internet.  I did that in August 2011.  At the time of the switch, I was told to register at switchtotwc.com and send the competitor's bill, which I also did.

I followed up on the 3rd Month and was told that it would take them another month to make and send out the gift card.

6 months later, I still have not received my gift card.  Sent numerous emails to Time Warner with no response.  I called in and was told to call a different number to which the person said they are not in charge of that rebate and another company is handling that (they don't know who and what number).

Called Time Warner again, customer service said give it 48 hours and they will have someone call, 72 hours later still no call... Called again, lady who answered said give her 5-10 days...

Not happy with the game Time Warner is playing...
