Time Warner Cable Time Warner service is ALWAYS down and the LIE about service calls Van Nuys California

Time Warner cable has worked only 2 weeks out of the month of January. This is NOT unusual for Time Warner cable and internet service. When we call for a service call, after going through all necessary trying to re-boot on our own, they have told me they are sending repair over within the next 24 hours. That was 1/25/08. When I called 24 hours later which was 1/26/08, they told me they will send repair on 1/29/08 between 8:00am and 12:00 pm. Once again, TW was a not show. I called again at noon on 1/29/08 and the operator told me that we are scheduled 2/1/08 between 8:00am and noon. She then had the nerve to ask me "how did I like her service"? I told her "What service"?
I live in Woodland Hills and Time Warner has a monopoly on cable service throughout the San Fernando Valley. In our area, it is also a monopoly on high speed internet service with the same kind of treatment on repair.
Hello Direct TV....and welcome Cox, Charter, or any other company that can provide an alternate service so that Time Warner will try a little harder at consumer satisfaction. I can let you know that with EVERYBODY in my neighborhood, if another cable and internet service provider becomes available, there will be a mass exodus.
