TIME WARNER CABLE TRYING TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT PLEASE HELP HAWTHORNE California
I'm looking for anyone out there who is having a hard time with time warner cable like me. I pay my bill and my service still get disconnected. I try and call the customer service reps. but they act as if they can not help you. You ask to speak with a supervisor but that act as if they can not help you either. I need to know where do I go from here they tell that you only have one cable company in youre area and you have to use them, what are we to do.
I call them at least once a mo. with a problem and no one will help me. the service sucks big time. I need to know if i'm the only one going through all of this with time warner. I have e-mailed them today will be the third time. And I still have not gotten a response from them. All I can say is that the service really do suck

You are apparently unhappy. This is unfortunate. However unhappiness is not an injury upon which one can build a class action.
