7.12.08 am Placed call to complain about lousy work that was done @ a rental property that we owned. Asked to have a supervisor contact me that day.

7.12.08 am Watching TV & out goes the cable @ my home which is 100 feet from rental property.

7.12.08 Heard from tenant. He still didn't have any service even though they had just installed it 2 day previous

7.12.08 pm Still no cable. Called customer service to report & get some one out to fix it. Was told that it was in my house & that the soonest that they could get technician out would be 7.18.08 between {12-2} Asked to speak to a supervisor. Told "supervisor' that it was unacceptable to pay for something & then not have it fixed in a timely matter. Requested a call when it was fixed.

7.13.08 am Of course no phone call & no cable service. Called again to see whether it would be corrected that day. NO. I asked to to file another complaint for my primary residence. I told the rep that I didn't understand why I had to wait so long especially when the cable was out next door. Was told to get tenant to place a call & maybe it would be considered an outage in the area.

7.13.08am Tenant called to report outage. He was told that the ealiest that someone would be out would be Monday 7.24.08 {12-2}

7.15.08 am Imagine my surprise that I recieve a phone call from Gary (he said he was locally) & he asked me whether or not if I had any cable. I told him that when I left my house out 8:30am that I still didn't have any cable. He told me that the area was being re-worked & others on my street had service. Gary placed an "emergency call".

7.15.08 pm A technician showed up around 5:00. The cable was one but, no internet service. He checked several lines inside & out. Then the cable went out. He admitted that he couldn't do anything else. Technician was going to put in another trouble ticket & someone would be contacting me to set up a time.

7.15.08 pm Cable was working but no internet.

7.16.08 am NO phone call from Time Warner. No internet service

7.17.08 pm No phone call from Time Warner. No internet service. I placed a call to see if I still was scheduled for the 7.18.08 noon appointment & "someone" cancelled it. The rep tried to get to my modem it was active but wasn't reaching the internet. She said to try tomorrow if it still wasn't working they would set up another appointment.

7.18.08 pm No phone call from Time Warner. Not internet service. I place yet another call & told the rep that I still didn't have internet service. He told me that I had to be home & that he would forward me to the "tier II" level to do more trouble shooting. I inquired why the rep the previous evening didn't forward that forward. No answer.
