I have been trying to get an email address and password for 4 days after hooking up my internet. I've been put on hold for hours on my cell phone, every time I get another so-called customer service person, they put me on hold and I never get the problem solved. I just moved to these apts. and this is the only service I can get and everyone complains about the co. the manager told me. My first request by email was rejected because they left off the last digit of my apt. # and then said it was still in the name of the previous tenant and couldn't give it to me. Then today....I receive the modem delivered by DHL that was canceled and now I'll have to deal with it on my credit card. I've never been so frustrated in my life over trying to deal with a service co. They should be shut down! This is ridiculous. And almost everyone I talked to by phone either could hardly speak English and were obviously outsourced. That was with the 888 number, not the local number.
