This is report report 2 of 2. 

 

I have called multiple times asking TWC (Time werner Cable) to fix my network issues. I know it is their network not my house or the connections from the pole to my house. I knwo this as I have had a professional from their contractor serivce come to my house. The issue was not resolved. They then sent out another representative. No luck. On another third day that I had to take off work, they came to my house and this time they sent a TWC representative. Still a "No Go". The issues are happening right when their website also crashes between the times 9-midnight. I told them I have school coming soon and I cannot have these issues. I was told all three times that someone would call me the next day and no one did. I have called TWC 4 times in the months January and Febuary. Every time I ended up knowing more than what the customer on the other end of the phone knows. I keep asking for their Network Operation Command to call me as all my neighbors are having the same issues and they will not contact everyone on my street to find out. I even told them if they do not help me I will go door and door and get a list for them so they see how many houses on this street have this issue. My direct neighbor to the south stated they are not able to get onto the internet around 9-11pm also. I have contacted TWC about 10-15 times over the last year. Just so everyone knows this has been going on since TWC took over my internet from Insight. The customer service in the PM are not helpful in any way and they are passive aggressive to keep you quite. When trying to reach someone it take 8-10 minutes to just get through the prompts. I am not able to get cable from anyone else as U-Verse in my area is just as bad. 

 

In conclusion:

 

All I asked TWC to do is to watch the network at the times of 9pm eST - midnight EST to attempt to narrow down what is happening. I was told I would have to have a representative come out to my house 3 times in 1 month. I cannot do this as I have already used up majority of my personal days and I am not going to take vacation for an organization that lacks in productivity and hires incompetent individuals that know half of what they should know. 

 

I WANT MY NETWORK TO WORK CORRECTLY!!
