Complaint Review: Time2Rent Arizona

Do not waste your time with this company. I've used them to manage one of my properties for about 2 yrs and had nothing but trouble. 2 renters over this time period and both quit paying due to lack of response from time2rent. They were so angry with them that they trashed the place both times. I would call time2rent as the landlord and they don't even return my calls. They don't manage anything. They just collect money. That's it. Now I've sold the place and the buyer can't even get the keys to the mailbox because they won't answer their phone or return my emails. Pay a little more for prop mgmt and you'll be way better off.
