Our Time.com People Media Charged me for a service that I can't seem to use

I joined ourtime.com to look for a woman friend. I paid for a permeium package. Yet I coundn't message people look at profiles or reply to any messages with out paying extar for each message. So I wrote them on their site and canceled my membership, and wanted a refund because I was within the three business days as stated in the terms of service. I got no replys back. So i canceled payment with my credit card company.

Our time came back and stated I didn't cancel until the 30th of January. Which when they did reply I got a copy of my messgae to cancel. Which clearly stated I canceled on January 21, 2020. One day after opening my account with them. Since this time they have recharged my credit card, and are refusing to refund my money. I sent a written dispute to my credit card company twice now and am still fighting https://www.ourtime.com/singles
