TimelineTrust claims before you can even start enjoying their services you have to make a payment of GHC 100.00 which will be used to creat an account for you.I made the payment and after some days they emailed me to update my profiile and choose the service I want their assistance with. I did this chose the product package I want (IELTS Discount Packge).This costs a total of GHC1000.00 which could be paid in installments. I made a deposit of GHC599.00 expecting to starts my tuition. These people sent an email to confirm receipt and didnt even seem to have the credit to make calls to update me on what they will be doing to help.The package included assisting me in choosing universities but he was later asking me to be specific and decide on the universities I want. They attached no seriousness to the services I had paid for and seemed not to know what they are about.Couldn't even decide on when I am starting my classes and kept on postponing the date.
These people as far as I know and they no had not been able to provide me with any service at all. I called them to cancel the package alltogether and that they should refund my money and they do not want to.Their rep even has the guts to hang p on me when I requested for my refund.

My attention has been drawn to your report and wish to bring to the attention of this website, the one who file the report and the audience of this website that Timeline Trust Ltd is not a scam and is not an organisation that rips off people.
Before responding to the details of this report, I will like to apologise to the one who filed this report for any inconveniences he/she has been through and I invite the person to contact me personally on the company's contact details or my details I used to create an account on this website to have this complain resolve immediately.
I will like to assure the one who filed the report that if after providing me with his/her details and I confirm his/her payments and he/she has not been provided with the service, he/she will receive his/her full refund.
In response to the details of the report, we will like the one who filed the report, the audience of this website and the owners to the following:
1. Timeline Trust provides tuition services and requires students to complete application forms and pay GH¢100. This application fee can be paid in cash at any of our offices, by Mobile Money, by bank deposit or online by debit and credit card.
I will be very glad if the one who filed the report can make his/her full official name and the means with which the person made the payment for us to track his application fee payment.
2. After successful submission of our Application form and payment of the Application fee, system generated text message and e-mail is sent. After this, an officer from the office the person selected to attach his service will call the client and assist the client to know how to assess the service the client needs.
I will be glad if the one who filed the report can let me know the name of the officer who contacted him.
3. The cost of IELTS Discount Package Service before this report was filed was GH¢1,799 and not GH¢1000 as stated by the one who filed the report. The amount paid for the discount package covers tuition for the test, registration for the test and assistance in selecting and applying to 4 or more universities the applicants can afford to attend. The IELTS Registration alone is GH¢980 and so the Tuition and School application is the remaining GH¢819. IELTS Tuition at the time was GH¢599 and so the School Application was GH¢220.
4. When one opts for the Dicount Package Service, because we are to assist the person with the selecting and application to 4 or more schools, the services starts with the school selection and not the tuition. This is because, until one has selected his/her universities to apply to, one cannot be certain of the specific test requirements.
I want the one who filed this report to note that the standard procedure is that he selects his/her universities, get to know the specific test requirements and also to know with the tuition and living costs are what he/she can afford. In the situation where he/she knew his schools and had informed the office he would have be advised to take the IELTS Tuition and Registration service and not the package service.
I will be happy to have the details of the one who filed the report to check against the records of phone calls we keep to ascertain the details.
5. Reading through the details it is clear that this issue has not come to the attention of management and also to the attention of the directors of which I am one. I want to assure the one who file the report that this will receive prompt attention and he will receive his refund as soon as he provided me with details on his/her full name.
