I have purchased 2 watches from this company. Both came with warranties and both broke near the same time. I sent BOTH watches back at the same time in the SAME BOX for repair work. One was returned promptly and was not repaired but actually replaced.(shows the quality is a sacrifice. they just send a new one).

The second watch is a whole different story:
This Co. claims they do not have the watch after 2 other phone operators telling me the pinnacle watch was there and would be repaired and shipped to me for $29.00 fee.

Now they tell me they do not have and have not had, or cannot find my watch and ignore calls or request for help/they also told me they would waive the fee for my troubles but now the watch does not exist in their system any longer.

Bottom line:
I BOUGHT TWO WATCHES, THEY BOTH BROKE WITHIN A YEAR AND THEY ARE POOR QUALITY . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IS ARROGANT AND INDIFFERENT. I HAVE LOST TIME AND $200 TO THIS RIP OFF REPORT DESERVING COMPANY. BUY A BETTER WATCH. I CAN PROMISE YOU YOU WILL NOT GET A QUALITY PRODUCT OR ASSISTANCE FROM THIS COMPANY . 2 OUT OF 2 PURCHASES GONE BAD.....

I've had a very different experience with the company and thought I should share it because your post seems a little unfair based on my experience.

I've purchased three watches from the company (all on separate occasions) and haven't had any problems whatsoever. The oldest of the three is about 4 years old now and it's still working great.

Two of the three were delivered within a week or so and the third was delivered in about 2 weeks (they were out of stock at the time and had to wait for new stock to arrive before they could send me it).

I've only had to call customer services once to confirm the warranty situation when replacing a battery and found the rep to be very helpful and polite (great accent, too! :) )

I guess things can go wrong with any product you buy from any company, but comparing your experience with mine would suggest your experience is not that standard.

Further to the above report, i would like to clarify how we dealt with the situation.

Upon receiving an email dated 9/20 we immediately began to investigate the situation. We received the timepiece back and started the repair process. Unfortunately the person receiving did not enter the notes on the system which is why, when calling customer services, it took a longer then expected response time.

Within 2 days we had resolved the problem with the customer. During the 2 days we were in communication with the customer keeping them updated on the progress.

With regards to the replacement watch, our number one priority is customer satisfaction. If we feel we are better serving the customer by replacing the watch then we will do it. The reason only one watch was replaced was due to the customer having their own band put onto the watch which we wanted to return.

We take pride in the customer service we provide and if i can be of any further help, please do not hesitate to contact me personally.

Regards
