I found Timeshare Answers and they looked like a good company. In speaking with Gina I was very clear as to when this 15% extra was going to be charged. She informed me that if TSA gave extra assistance in helping me get my money back then I would be charged the extra 15% on monies returned. My contract was fairly new (with Wyndham) and I had faith that based on the facts they would in time cancel my contract with them. I had been attempting to do so on my own and had documentation already established. After a few months Wyndham gave in and said they would cancel and refund back to me monies I had put in. I am one of a few people who didnt run and get a loan or write a

check for the full amount. They used their own Wyndham Visa Card and began billing me each month. When the refund came it was only for the monies I put in which were approximately, $1500. I received a letter from Gina congratulating for the positive outcome. Since TSA did not give me any "extra assistance" as per Gina and the wording in the contract, I did not feel I owed them anything extra. Later I received an email stating I owed TSA $1605.02. According to Gina I paid Wyndham $7102.12 and 15% = $1605.02 (which according to her was what she assumed I paid). Wow, I was in shock. I did the math and 15% of $7102.12 is closer to $1065. TSA wants almost

$600 more making it closer to 24% . Guess they didnt think I could do the math. However $7102.12 was the asking price of the Time Share not what I put in. Gina said I should fight for the money ($7102.12). No way can I fight for money I never put in. I got back what I put in and 15% of $1500 is closer to $225. I do not believe they are owed this money as they did nothing extra as per the contract. I have written her emails detailing these facts and she doesnt bother to read them. If I owed them extra money it is not $1600 nor $1065 (24&/15% of $7102.12) as she seems to think. I believe these companies are use to people who front out the monies to the Time Shares and then

try to get their money back. Mine was not that case. I had great credit so Wyndham backed the purchase, therefore I only got back money they billed me for. The debt was cleared/resinded/cancelled. However Gina has refused to understand. I offered to send TSA a copy of the invoice from the check to prove I am not a liar. She has not sent me a fax number so I can send it. Instead I am left to fight these people. They just saw dollar signs and refuse to read my emails. So I would advise people that maybe TSA does not have the integrity I thought they had. They took my initial money and just want more. Guess they make the real money on the 15% or rather 24% they sneak in on

people who do not know how to do the math and just expect them to pay it. They have refused to look at their incorrect math let alone they dont deserve any extra money or that they would not be getting very much extra in the end. I was ready to recommend these people to everyone I know. Now NOT a chance. I see I am going to have to fight them until they look/read and understand they are wrong.
