I was contacted by Timeshare-Answers to CANCEL my time share, not sell it. The Gentleman I talked to directed me to several sites to assure me they were le-git, including the BBB and it showed they have a A- rating and only 2 complaints but they were taken care of. He said he CAN guarantee to get me out of my contract but they could not guarantee they could get my money back but since one was so very new (less then one month) they had about 80% chance for recovery and on the other one that was a year old they had a 60% chance of recovery. I had 2 timeshares and it would be $2,595.00 ea. total of $5,190.00. I gave them my credit card # and they connected me to Gina Waldon Timeshare Support. She sent me the paper work via e-mail and I filled out the TESTIMONY for both resorts, then I filled out the CLIENT ASSESSMENT, which was just information only on if I had access to a computer and did I know how to use it, nothing to do with anything to cancel my contract at this time. They wanted copies of my TIMESHARE CONTRACTS, I did NOT send it in. When I came to the CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, I had some questions, I called to speak with Gina and who ever answered the phone said she was busy but this gal could answer my questions as she worked with Gina, the answers she gave me was not really clear to me, at one point in the conversation she put me on hold, not sure but I had the feeling she was checking with someone else about my questions. I ask to speak with the gentleman that first contacted me and she said you just deal with us now. That is when I decided I did not want to deal with them at all. I did not fill out any paper work that would cause them to create much work or move forward to get this canceled so not sure why they think they deserve $5,190.00. They were the ones that contacted me. I did report it to my credit card.

I am the one that wrote the original complaint against Timeshare Answers. i did follow thru and worked with Gina Waldon, she was so patient and helped when i did not understand what Profeco wanted or was asking. She would help me write e-mails to respond to their request. i think i would have been overwhelmed if i was doing on my own.

i did get my contract canceled and my money back. it took a long time, like 2 years i think, but Gina didn't get tired or leave me high and dry.  Hope this answers the questions and concerns. Yes, i would recommend them to anyone.

Getting Out Of Timeshare Contract

The best solution to the dilemma of how to get out of timeshare is the cancellation of the contract. Timeshare cancellation is the most effective way to get rid of a timeshare. By cancelling the contract you can relief yourself from all the payments and obligations that you have when you own a timeshare, plus you won’t have any further strings attached to the resort.

What is Rescinding a timeshare?

#17Consumer Comment

What is Rescinding a timeshare? Rescinding a timeshare is a legal way to cancel a timeshare contract, sometimes with the possibility to get your money back and usually within a certain number of days, this depending on the place where you purchased the timeshare. In Mexico, there is a 5 day cancellation period, and even though some timeshare salespeople might ask you to sign away your right to cancel during the sales presentation, you still have the legal right to rescind.

Okay I read the reports and now how can I be sure about these Timeshare Answers are real. How can I get in contact with a real person who has completed the said release from their Timeshare Contract. Is there a real email address that I can get in touch with someone to investigate Timeshare Answers. I am trying to get out of my Timeshare Contract which we signed in March while we were in Las Vegas . Just trying not to be scammed again . thank-you please let me know what you think . Timeshare-Answers worked for me

When I was looking for a way to leave my timeshare contract I searched and search to find ways around it. I fell up on this compnay and I learned so much more insight thenI ever imagined. Their staff was extremely nice and had plenty of knowledge about real estate and timeshares. I felt confident in there procedures and what the could do for me. I hopped on board and never looked back. After a several months, I was not paying anything on my timeshare and my credit remained at the score. If was not for timeshare-Answers I would have been miserable and stuck paying for a timeshare I never used.

I was working for Timeshare Answers for a couple years and management has always been good with helping all customers that were interested. I actually was one of the people that reached out to plenty of customers trying to help them out. I shared my story with them, before I worked for them I inherited a property after a death in the family. I loved my timeshare at first while the payments were low, I would let others rent it out from me at various times of the year. Everything started falling apart,

I called Timeshare- Answers and they helped me get everything under control and I was able to sell my timeshare. Of course I had to pay them upfront, like anything else in life, nothing in this world is free. At first I was hesitant but I needed an outlet where I could get rid of this property. I sat down with the manager and told him my situation and we began the process, then just so happened they were looking for some help so they ended up hiring me down the road.

If it wasn't for timeshare answers me and my family would have never made it out the hole we were in. I was no longer in a jam and I was fortunate to get hired with them. If you need help with your timeshare I promise you that the with help you more than you ever expected.

Timeshare-Answers have saved me from my contract

I dont understand why there are so many negative comments about Timeshare-Answers. Timeshare-Answers have not been anything but amazing to me and my family. I first had the idea that I had to relieve myself from paying a constant $800 for a timeshare that I did not use for years, the fees kept rising time and time again.

I was so fed up with it, I went to search for information on timeshare cancellation and came around Timeshare-Answers. Before I even called them I searched around the web for their blogs, reviews and customer testimonials about them and learned so much. When I finaly called the company I was so relieved, they walked me through the whole process and backup my ideas of having a timeshare as one of the worst investment I have ever thought about getting.

They promised me a money back guarnetee so that gave me a big ease of mind. All of their workers are very knowlegdeable of all real estate practices, They even had a lawyer that specialized in timeshare cancellation, Timeshare-Answers are very helpful. They saved me from driving my financial situation into the ground. If not for them I would have been drowning in bills. Thanks for all your help Timeshare-Answers.

Email me if you have any questions and to verify.

Timeshares can be a terrific purchase for some families, as they also can be a giant rip off for others. 50 years ago, also known as Holiday Home Sharing or timeshare travel, timeshares were created with the idea of offering fully furnished accommodations for a lower price than a full-time ownership. Nowadays, timeshares have become a very popular vacation option, yet lots of people do not completely understand how timeshares operate.

I am in the process of using Timeshare Answers, and for $2595, what they have done is amazing.  I believe that in the end, I will get out of my timeshare, saving me thousands, many thousands.  Gina Waldron does a great job, and puts a lot of effort into helping one to get out of a timeshare contract.  Pay the price, and let Gina Waldron work her magic.  For more information, please contact me via email.

timeshare cancellation companies

I'm glad it worked well for you guys. Many new timeshare cancellations companies have appeared online recently claiming to assist clients who have become victims of timeshare scam to cancel their timeshare contracts and recover their money from timeshare fraud. These companies claim that they can help to provide timeshare relief, cancel or divorce you from your timeshare or even donate the timeshare to a worthy cause. Many of them have very vague statements about how their fees are charged. Some claim to have a money back guarantee, which implies that an upfront fee is required. Here you will find a list of the most fraudulent timeshare cancellation companies:

First of all I'm glad we found we're not the only ones paranoid about dealing with this company, we have heard so many stories about these "big" companies that really turn out to be very BIG scam artists. Logically after initially being scammed into purchasing a timeshare contract (after spending nearly 3 hours of someone sweet talking to us about all the great benefits of having a timeshare) we didn't want to ever make another mistake like that again.
Signing that contract was the worst thing we could have done.

Luckily another couple (friends of ours) told us about Timeshare Answers when they had used them a couple years back to get rid of their timeshare in North Carolina. At first we were VERY skeptical and decided to do a lot more research on the company.
I turned up on a couple of sites that had about one or two people complaining about the service (including this one) and in some of them they would come back and say what actually happened a couple of weeks/months down the line.

Since we weren't completely satisfied with the 50/50 responses we found we decided to call the company itself and after a VERY lengthy initial consultation we felt confident that Timeshare Answers was there to help us out of our dilemma.  Our case manager was excellent and he took the time to reply to all our questions in a timely manner and was patient with us as we were very anxious to be released from the contract.  He was very clear in all our correspondence and gave us complete directions throughout the process in dealing with the resort.

Though we found the fee to be a bit out there ultimately we are very happy and completely out of our timeshare contract about 3 months ago, FINALLY. We would definitely recommend Timeshare Answers to anyone we know that's trying to get out of a contract from these timeshare resorts that are just out get all your money. Never again... our lesson was rudely learned.

After I had reported this to Rip-Off report and other agencies, I was contacted by the Director of the company. The first thing he said was, I want to hear your side of the story. He was very patient and listened to my concerns and understanding of the problem. After we talked for a while he said (I know we  can still help you). After being ripped off, first by the Time shares and then by the people who promise to sell or rent my time share that is not even licensed or bonded, you get a little paranoid. Timeshare Answers did not promise to rent or sell, but to cancel my contract. I do feel Time-Share Answers are a legit company and really care about their  image or he would not have called to hear me out. The other companies never even responded to my phone calls. Please accept my apologies and lets work together.
