On March 30, 2010 I entered into a contract to sell our timeshare at the Fountains in Orlando, FL with a company called Timeshare Goldline.  The representative I spoke to stressed how imperative it was that we get our correspondence back as soon as possible.  Every piece sent to us was notarized immediately and returned by overnight express mail. They took my $1998.00 payment immediately.  I have all the USPS receipts which were signed; the times there was telephone conversations are saved in my phone, and I have copies of all the correspondence.  We were sent out papers to be notarized, saying a title search was being done, estoppel letters readied, and there was a buyer.  That was in May 2010.  Since May, we have heard nothing from these people.  I called them on my way home from work one day, was told there were 11 people ahead of me and, after driving for 45 minutes, never got closer in line than 7th.  6/25/10  I wrote a letter to them, saying I had heard nothing from anyone; it was signed for on 6/30/10 by Tanya Young.  On 7/20/10 at 3:00 PM EST, I got a call from "Bradley", who apologized for the lavk of (as in NONE) communication, and he gave me his "personal" e-mail (bradley@timesharegoldline.com) and I could speak with him at any tme.  He would get back to me asap and I should be contacted by the financial people about the final arrangements in 2-3 weeks, and that there would be a packet of papers sent for my signature.  Since we were in the process of moving at that time, I gave him the new address in Florida and confirmed my cell phone number, which they had always had.

Since then, there has been absolutely no communication between Timeshare Goldline, "Bradley" or myself despite my requests that someone just keep me notified where we stood.  I can't believe I've been scammed again.  I was brought up to be honest and trustworthy and believed until this last year, that that was how everyone was.  Not any more!  It took me 63 years to learn to trust no one!
