I got the same pitch about the upcoming PGA tournament, but it was a couple of months after the previous poster.  I wish I'd found all of the complaints against this company before I got snookered by them.  The Better Business Bureau has more than 50 complaints against them also.  They promised me that my properties would be rented or sold immediately and I never got a single offer.  The contract says that if you don't receive an offer within 180 days, you're entitled to a full refund, but of course, they refused to give me back a dime.  I've filed a complaint with the Central Florida Better Business Bureau and my next step will be to file a complaingt with the Florida Attorney General.
