Complaint Review: TIMESHARE MEGA MEDIA & MARKETING GROUP INC

Was called with a seller for my Wyndham Timeshare points and that it they would have it closed in 3 to 5 wks.  They debited my credit card and I would hear from the title company and they would not give me the title company.  George told me that a letter of intent was sent and the title was searched and back and it should be closed way before June 23 and they Called on April 27,2010.  I called my bank to report a fraud but could not get the money reversed. And can not get anyone to return my phone calls.  I call daily and either I get that the mailbox is full or this Jewel will have Mike call me back for Customer Service call me back.  George told me if the sale fail through I would get my money back, so far I have not.  Today I called and Jewel says we are a listing company not a real estate company and I said that is not what I was sold and told and it was recorded as a sale and to have Mike Spanelli call me. She then hung up the phone.
