They state that if they don't sell your timeshare, that you can get your up front payment back. I just called after about a year of no activity and asked for a refund, and I was told that it was too late.
THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING FOR THE PAYMENT i MADE. What a waste of money, and this is a SCAM. I wouldn't give them a dime.
