Timeshare Solutions, Bill Ellis, Bob Downey They Took $600.00 and gave us nothing for it They said they sold it and made us pay escrow then sent nothing and closed there business Las Vegas, Henderson Nevada
This company said if you paid $99 they would sell your Timeshare within 9 months or your money back. We paid for 2 timeshares to be sold, and kept in touch, after several months they said they had a buyer for a large sum of money, but only if we would split the $ escrow with him 800.00 we paid with a credit card $400.00 then they said the guy backed out. They said we wouldn't get the escrow money back it would go into an escrow account for when they sold the timeshare to someone else.
Then when I called back all phones and e-mail address were closed but there were all these reports on the web with the same story Bill Ellis spent a long time on the phone in the beginning even talking about his personal life so as to suck you in. I think he and Bob Downey should go to Jail for Fraud and have to pay restitution to all the people they ripped off.

Time shares and condominiums have to be the biggest rip-offs devised by real state developer ************s!
You pay a huge amount for what --- in the case of a time share, you get a place to stay for only a few days...
When I pay for a place, I WANT IT TO BELONG TO ME AND I DO NOT WANT SOMEBODY COMING AND TELLING ME I HAVE TO GET OUT OF THAT RESIDENCE THAT I PAID FOR!
Everyone I have ever known who bought a time share lived to regret it! Maybe I don't know enough people... You think I am going to buy one? Like hell... I don't intend to buy a rip-off condo either. Because I only end up actually buying the air inside... but the topic at hand is time-shares.
Something comes up and here are these folks who pay and pay big for the time share that they never seem to get around to using. Things happen. Jobs are lost.People are deceased. They get into debt, etc. And for whatever reason, that time share that seemed such a wonderful idea when they had been plied with drinks,etc. is suddenly aan unbearable burden, an Albatross... And they are suddenly DESPERATE to get rid of it so it doesn't harm their credit rating...
Las Vegas the home of the lounge lizard, gonzo gambling addicts and the CON ARTISTS! I have never been here and don't want to go. But any town that was once famous as an amusement park run by organized crime is NO place I would want to buy a TIME SHARE which I would be so DESPARATE to sell later, that I would NOT research how I could get rid of it later so I would get taken by a VEGA rip-off artist.
These CON ARTISTS ARE SLICK...
If I were in your situation, I would take all of your paperwork in this fiasco and I would sue the people who sold this miserable piece of **** to me in the first place and then I woudl find out whether or not I was still liable for the payments on the condo ( which I bet, you still are). Then I would file criminal charges against the creeps who had the fake time share sales business in the federal court because this is a diversity case--you live in CA and these guys probably are Vegas lounge rats or who know where they live. Those probably aren't even their real names...
GET A LAWYER TO HELP YOU FILE CHARGES ON THEM!
AND NEVER,EVER BUY TIME SHARES OR CONDOS AGAIN! NO MATTER HOW GREAT THEY LOOK AT THE TIME. You could have spent that money remodeling your home and making it a better place.
