Timeshare Solutions, Bill Ellis, Bob Downey Timeshare Solutions totally defrauded me. They kept my initial fee, even though the contract stated they would return it in nine months if my unit wasn't sold. They sent me a contract of sale and charged me $400 closing costs. I never received a cent and my fees were not returned. They refused my calls and were on occasion rude. This company is criminal. Las Vegas Nevada
I contracted with Timeshare Solutions to sell my timeshare. I was charged $199. If the unit didn't sell in nine months, the contract stated my money would be returned. After nine months of no sale, I began calling and leaving messages for Bill Ellis to call me back. Eventually he did, and told me my timeshare was sold. He sent me a contract and charged me $400 in closing costs.
I never received a cent nor was my money returned. Calls and emails were not returned by Mr. Ellis. Eventually, I was referred to Mr. Downey, who was rude and abrasive. Numerous calls and emails produced no results.
I filed reports with both the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency. Their contacts with Timeshare Solutions produced no results. Consumer Protection suggested I take them to small claims court, but now the phone numbers are disconnected and I have no way of tracting them down.
These people should be prosecuted for fraud.
