I had exactly the same experience with the same people/same names as case 298384. I could almost have written her report with the exception of a couple of dates that I called them.
I even had almost the same reason for needing to sell. I have a granddaughter needing a bone marrow transplant and desperatly needed the money.
What cold hearted people. I stupidly still keep hoping every day that the money will come through.
