Complaint Review: Timeshare Solutions Marketing & Advertizing - Bill Armstrong - Bill Ellis - Bob Downey

Just like so many that are accumulating now on this website, I was ripped off by Bill Elis and Timeshare Solutions. It's the same story with some variations, they had a buyer for 20 timeshare units, paying top dollar, $550 for closing costs, I would receive paperwork, fill it out and send it to them, they would then send the final paperwork in 30 days. Now, no paper, no deal, phone is disconnected, website is a spoof, it's fake.

I called my credit card company, paid with Visa, told them the information from the credit charge on my bill and contested the charge. I very calmly explained what had happened, when I expected to receive the contract and services, and that they had completely disappeared.

They credited my account AND then they charge the local bank that authorized these guys to have access to charging with Visa! This means a local bank is losing money from these guys and will join in the fight to go after them.

Get your money back!!!! Get it back NOW!!!

I'm sorry to tell you that as far as I know almost ALL timeshares have NO value at all. If you question this then look on eBay and search for timeshares that are selling for 1 dollar and there are no bids on them, there are hundreds of them.

I just paid someone money to take my timeshare just to get out of the deed and that was only after I had paid off the loan in full so that I actually owned it.
